I meant to write just a little, but I added over 716 words to the same fic-in-progress that I worked on the day before. Despite cutting out most of the words I wrote yesterday because they didn't really fit. It was rolling along nicely, so I didn't want to stop though I really should have started going to bed a bit earlier...

There are words on the projects, and a slight eep of realization to myself that my WIP is easily over the 10k mark with plenty of potential plot to go. It suddenly becomes less difficult to understand why fic can be epically long.
