[i got typing away on the phone again this lunchtime - sleep schedule is currently on vacation, or something. i thought it would be a low word count thing, i honestly estimated it by eye at 500 words? sent it through, copied it into the mega file and it's over 1.2k! not for my large project, but i'm so happily suprised by the taly that i don't care ]

I built an insect hotel today, so I did a little bit of work on the poem I've been noodling with, and then I went outside to work, and now it's after 7pm, so I guess that's 155 words of poetry for me today and no read-through of the ambush project.

Maybe I'll start that tomorrow. ;-)

8th: I'm literally on steroids, so today I've written one 1100-word ficlet and one 1300-word ficlet. I also tidied and posted yesterday's flashfic. HAAAI! (It's a short course of steroids; I may as well take advantage of it while I can.)

No work on the novel today, but did a bunch of work on the nonfiction project that needed to be done. It's getting so big now that it's almost as scary as the novel.

I may have to write some drabbles to relax from these big projects. ;-)

Sorry for not having checked in for a couple of days, been quite busy otherwise - I don't know how many as I can't see the end of the tally, the line break thing is happening again for days 1-5. But I wrote every day, between about 500 to 1,2k. Part nonfic as I had to finish something urgent, and I also took out an original WIP I hadn't worked at in a while, re-read large parts to get back into it, checked where I am (first rework of the draft) and wrote down a few new ideas.

I'm so sorry about the wonky tally! I'll try to figure out why that's happening. I've been extra careful about making sure there are spaces either side of all the commas. In the meantime, does adding ?style=mine to the end of Day 7's URL help?

Thanks, but no, I'm afraid it doesn't. I've already tried that on the entry for day 2. I'm happy to give the code a looking-over if you like; I'm no pro but know some html, and have the same a couple of times already. It's likely one of those annoying litte things one should find but often need a second pair of eyes for. ;o) I'll send you my email by PN just in case.
