Yeah, I guess so. I don't dislike Ianto for having insecurities, in fact it makes him a better and more real character, it's just that I found his constantly nagging Jack in Day One a bit...I dunno, needy? And I don't see Ianto as needy, I see him as fiercely independent, needing to rely only on himself, so it sort of annoyed me. I do really like that we're beginning to see more things from his PoV, though. I'm glad he's getting the attention he deserves. :)
